Family Attractions Network Encourages
Local Summer Tourism with $100 Gas Card Giveaways
The Family Attractions Network (
FAN
), a regional partnership between several of Hampton Roads’ non-profit attractions, wants locals to visit local this summer. To that end, and to help offset the effect of high gasoline prices on tourism, the group is offering summertime visitors several opportunities to win $100 gas cards.
As part of the FANtastic Gas Giveaway, some FAN members are offering special promotions on selected Friday, Saturdays, or Sundays throughout the summer. When visitors purchase a ticket at the attraction, they can enter a drawing to win a $100 gas card—courtesy of FAN. Radio Disney is partnering with FAN to help promote the giveaway.
The FANtastic Gas Giveaway kicks off June 28. Currently, the special offers and “register-to-win” opportunities (additional opportunities will be announced) are as follows:
